Review Policy:
On submission, all papers undergo initial screening for suitability by the Editors. Suitable papers will be sent to at least two independent referees chosen by the Editor-in-Chief, and the reports from the referees are then considered by the Editor-in-Chief, who will make the final decision. Submission Methods: Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references.
Special Statement:
The organizing committee of MSMCS makes a special statement concerning contributions as follows:
(1) All articles contributed to this conference must be new articles which have not been published in any journals or publications, and the copyrights of the articles should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
(3) We will take a tough position to plagiarism. All articles registered will be tested for plagiarism. Any article that fails to pass the plagiarism detection will be sent back to its writer.
(4) We earnestly request article-contributors to scrupulously abide by academic ethics. We also objects to repeated submission of one article and withdrawal of articles without reason.
MSMCS conference will hold online sessions for more convenient participation of scholars worldwide. This online session will invite professors from top universities and authors of qualified papers to present their works. Keynote speeches and oral presentations will be delivered through videos, which can be watched on the official channel. We believe that this online session will still be a great platform for participants to share, discuss, and cooperate. Hope you may enjoy the online session!
All invited authors at the virtual conference will be giving their presentations using pre-recorded videos. The recommended length of the videos is 5-10 minutes. An official channel for the online session will be created. All accepted videos will be uploaded to our official channel. Discussion on the content of the papers will be conducted in the comment section of the videos.
